  • Develop reliable, low-latency production systems that integrate foundation models (hosted and self-hosted) with traditional microservices
  • Own the full lifecycle of feature delivery, from UI development to backend service implementation
  • Implement comprehensive testing frameworks such as unit, regression, and end-to-end tests to ensure deterministic AI system behavior
  • Establish safety guardrails and human-in-the-loop processes to maintain ethical standards and prevent toxic outputs
  • Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency through instrumentation, analysis, and tuning of token usage, caching, batching, and autoscaling
  • Shape data contracts, feedback loops, labeling strategies, and feature stores to enhance model and workflow quality
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, unblock complex projects, and promote high coding and design standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product needs into technical solutions, influence roadmaps, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders
