Nascent Group is a technology-driven services firm in the financial industry. We build internal SaaS platforms and client-facing dashboards that support real-world fintech workflows and data-heavy decision-making.
We’re looking for an English speaking Senior Front End Developer to help us design, build, and evolve high-performance web applications using Next.js and React. This role sits at the intersection of pixel-perfect execution and frontend architecture — you’ll be expected to do both.
What You’ll Work On
- Internal SaaS tools used by distributed teams across the business
- Client-facing dashboards for financial, insurance, and operational data
- Complex, data-heavy UIs where performance, clarity, and correctness matter
- Fintech workflows where UX quality directly impacts user efficiency and trust
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production-grade applications using Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router)
- Own frontend implementation end-to-end: UI execution and architectural decisions
- Write clean, semantic HTML, modern CSS, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript
- Optimize performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design stakeholders
- Review code, contribute to frontend standards, and improve shared patterns over time
Who You Are
- A Mid or Senior Front End Developer with strong Next.js and React experience
- Comfortable switching between design-accurate UI work and higher-level frontend structure
- Experienced with data-driven interfaces and real-world production constraints
- Opinionated but pragmatic: you care about quality, but you ship
