Responsibilities
- Bridge the communication gap between the customer and the development team.
- Produce professional-grade documents and presentations.
- Travel internationally to conduct product demonstrations for Business Analysis and Gap Analysis activities.
- Conduct comprehensive on-site and in-house training sessions.
- Engage in the development process (Agile/Scrum) to ensure clear requirement communication and maintain development accuracy.
- Ensure the quality of all deliveries to effectively manage customer expectations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- BSc. Degree in Physical Science, Mathematics, IT, or Computer Science & Engineering.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA, or Scrum Alliance certifications (CSPO/CSM).
- Prior exposure to or certification in Travel Technology, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), or Fintech is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications (BRDs, FRDs) and User Stories.
- Ability to use modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio) to create process flow diagrams and wireframes.
- A solid understanding of API integrations, system architecture, and database concepts to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage scope creep and align customer expectations with development timelines.
- Deep familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and lifecycle management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office.
