Job Objective
- Oversee responsibilities as Business Analyst as well as Product Owner.
- Gather requirements from divisional users, document and adhere to documentation templates such as SRS, user stories and more..
- Analyse requirements and provide feasible solutions.
- Closely work with developers and recommend viable solutions to business requirements.
- Collaborate with senior staff and work on business requirements.
- Conduct functional quality assurance testing.
- Follow up with divisional backend staff, and internal and external system users on day-to-day issues and new releases
- Sprint plan using Azure DevOps.
- Manage and adhere to release cycles.
- Define test cases and coordinate with the QA team to ensure system functionality alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct Functional Testing and ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback.
- Provide training and prepare user manuals.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in resolving any issues.
- Vendor evaluation.
- Work with vendors to provide solutions for the company.
- Support in solving day-to-day issues.
- Participate in team scrum meetings, daily stand-up meetings and weekly meetings.
Personal Profile & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business IT or Engineering from a recognised university.
- 2-3 years’ work experience in the role of Business Analyst.
- Team Player with leadership skills and ability to take responsibility for assigned work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong PR and presentation skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience in UI/UX will be added advantage.
- Prior experience in handling SFA and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
