The Role:

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by brand, category, store, and channel
  • Track KPIs such as sales growth, sell‑through, conversion, average basket size, and margins
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve retail performance
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and sell‑through performance
  • Support stock planning, replenishment, and allocation decisions
  • Highlight slow‑moving, overstock, and stock‑out risks with recommendations
  • Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports
  • Automate reports where possible to improve efficiency
  • Analyze pricing, discounts, and promotional effectiveness
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning processes
  • Provide data‑driven insights to retail, merchandising, finance, and senior management teams
  • Extract and validate data from ERP, POS, and other systems
  • Maintain clean, structured, and reliable data sources
  • Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and Brand team.


The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, retail analysis, or similar role (Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may also apply)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis tools)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
