About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Engineer to join our product and design team. In this role, you will contribute to designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications.
• Build interactive layouts and pages using tools such as Framer and Webflow.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain design consistency using design systems and style guides.
• Optimize user flows and interaction patterns for better usability.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized UI implementations.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role (internship or professional).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
S• trong knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to implement pixel-perfect responsive layouts.
• Hands-on experience with Framer and Webflow for building interactive UI experiences.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience creating advanced animations or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exposure to user analytics tools or A/B testing.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or frontend frameworks.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects or case studies.
