Associate Technical Support Engineer

The Associate Technical Support Engineer supports the health, reliability, and performance of our integrations and supporting systems in production environments. This entry-level role is part of the Integrations & Technical Operations function and focuses on system monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support under guidance from more senior engineers.

This role does not involve building product features. It is designed for early-career engineers who are developing their technical foundation, learning how production systems behave, and building confidence in diagnosing real-world issues in a live environment.

• Support the day-to-day stability and operation of our integration frameworks
• Monitor system health, review logs, and assist in resolving production issues using structured problem-solving
• Support operational activities such as clinic onboarding, PIMS migrations, and integration workflows
• Partner with Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations to triage issues and escalate when appropriate
• Review technical documentation and help document system behavior, known issues, and resolution steps
• Assist in maintaining monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve technical processes and workflows
  
  
  

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical qualification
• Internship or :6–12 months of hands-on experience debugging or supporting technical systems
• Foundational understanding of software development concepts and system behavior
• Ability to read and reason about existing code with guidance
• Hands-on exposure to Python and/or .NETWorking knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL, including basic data analysis and ETL concepts
• Familiarity with production systems, integrations, or technical support environments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings and ask good questions
• Strong curiosity and interest in developing greater technical skills over time
  
  
  

Work model: This is a contract, hybrid role, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration as required.
