Olee AI builds AI-powered business software that helps teams work faster and smarter across areas like customer support, CRM, operations, and automation. We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support planning and delivery across multiple product and engineering initiatives.
What you'll do
- •Support end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to release
- •Break down work into tasks, define timelines, and track progress
- •Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and QA teams to remove blockers
- •Run standups, weekly updates, and follow-ups, and keep action items moving
- •Maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports
- •Help manage scope changes and prioritize work with stakeholders
- •Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and deadlines
- •Assist with release planning, rollout checklists, and post-release reviews
What we're looking for
- •1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar role
- •Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams
- •Good organization, time management, and attention to detail
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- •Comfortable using tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar
- •Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile concepts
Nice to have
- •Experience working in a SaaS or startup environment
- •Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies
- •Exposure to API-based systems, integrations, or data-driven products
- •Knowledge of project reporting and stakeholder management
