We are looking for an Associate DevOps & System Engineer who is not just technically capable, but dependable, proactive, and ready to take ownership of live systems. This role requires someone who can work independently, adapt quickly to new technologies, and take initiative without waiting for instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Manage website and application hosting environments (including cPanel and server-based deployments)
- Deploy and maintain full-stack applications (front-end & back-end technologies)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient release processes
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security; troubleshoot issues proactively
- Manage Linux-based servers and optimize system configurations
- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
- Maintain proper system documentation and infrastructure records
- Identify and implement improvements in performance, scalability, and cost optimization
- Take ownership of infrastructure stability and ensure high system reliability
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, System Engineering, or relevant project/internship experience
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience managing web hosting environments (cPanel or similar)
- Understanding of front-end and back-end deployment processes
- Practical knowledge of Git and version control workflows
- Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancing)

Compensation & Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary package of up to LKR 40,000/= (based on experience and performance), along with additional internet and mobile allowances.
