Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with OHRM partner channel community including resellers, integration and referral partners.
  • Ability to gather technical requirements from partners
  • Support partner onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Gather business and technical requirements from partners and prospects
  • Support presales activities, including: Product demos , Solution discussions, BRD/SRS Creation, RFP/RFQ/RFI Responses
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to: Identify high-value partner opportunities, Create and use partner enablement content
  • Support lead generation activities such as: Webinars, Partner campaigns , Events and online promotions
  • Research potential strategic partners in assigned regions and support outreach
  • Help improve the partner program, processes, and go-to-market approach over time

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Good understanding of software products and basic technical concepts
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions clearly
  • Good organization, time management, and planning skills


Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Degree in Business Management, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in: Presales , Upselling or Partner management
  • Experience working with international customers or partners across APAC and at least one other region, such as: Middle East, Africa or Europe
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software is an added advantage
