Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with OHRM partner channel community including resellers, integration and referral partners.
- Ability to gather technical requirements from partners
- Support partner onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Gather business and technical requirements from partners and prospects
- Support presales activities, including: Product demos , Solution discussions, BRD/SRS Creation, RFP/RFQ/RFI Responses
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to: Identify high-value partner opportunities, Create and use partner enablement content
- Support lead generation activities such as: Webinars, Partner campaigns , Events and online promotions
- Research potential strategic partners in assigned regions and support outreach
- Help improve the partner program, processes, and go-to-market approach over time
Skills Required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Good understanding of software products and basic technical concepts
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions clearly
- Good organization, time management, and planning skills
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Degree in Business Management, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in: Presales , Upselling or Partner management
- Experience working with international customers or partners across APAC and at least one other region, such as: Middle East, Africa or Europe
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software is an added advantage
