We are looking for a creative and technically strong WordPress Developer with a solid eye for UI/UX design and hands-on experience in web hosting and performance-driven websites.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building visually polished, conversion-focused websites, not just “installing themes.”

- Develop and customize WordPress websites (Elementor / Gutenberg)
- Convert designs from Photoshop / Illustrator (or Figma) into responsive web pages
- Handle cPanel, hosting, domain management, and website migrations
- Design clean, user-friendly UI layouts with strong visual hierarchy
- Optimize websites for on-site SEO, performance, and conversions
- Build and improve sales funnels & landing pages
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing websites
- Guide and support a junior/intern when required
- 2–3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
- Strong UI/UX sense (spacing, typography, color, responsiveness)
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator for web design
- Experience with Elementor (or similar page builders)
- Good knowledge of cPanel, hosting environments, and domain setup
- Understanding of sales funnels, CTAs, and conversion principles
- Basic knowledge of on-page SEO (site structure, headings, speed)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- WooCommerce experience
- Website speed optimization (caching, LiteSpeed, Core Web Vitals)
- Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, or CRO tools
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
- Work on real client projects with creative freedom
