Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Nugegoda. The role involves developing and maintaining websites, handling front-end and back-end tasks, designing user interfaces, troubleshooting issues, writing efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites
- Customize themes and plugins according to project requirements
- Ensure website performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement UI/UX designs
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins
- Experience in custom WordPress theme development and theme customization through coding
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
