We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about building a career in software quality and testing.
You will work closely with senior QA engineers, developers, and business analysts, gaining hands-on experience in real-time projects, tools, and QA processes.
- Assist in designing and executing test cases and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing under guidance
- Help identify, document, and track defects and issues
- Participate in requirement analysis and reviews
- Support functional, usability, and regression testing
- Learn and use QA tools and defect tracking systems
- Contribute to QA documentation and test reports
- Follow QA standards and best practices
- Recent graduate / final-year student in:
- Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in Quality Assurance & Software Testing
- Basic understanding of SDLC / STLC (preferred)
- Familiarity with any of the following is an advantage:
- JIRA / Azure DevOps / TestRail
- Postman / Swagger (API testing basics)
- Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (basic awareness)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow
- Internship or academic projects in QA / testing
- ISTQB Foundation certification (or willingness to pursue)
- Basic knowledge of automation concepts
