We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Support Engineer to join Xenosys. The role involves providing technical support, system troubleshooting, client coordination, and operational assistance for our ERP, cloud-based, and customized software solutions.
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, networking basics, SQL (basic)
• Experience with ERP / web applications
• Familiar with remote support tools
• Good problem-solving & communication skills
