📌 Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation to join with our client. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience, thrive in a multicultural environment, and be motivated to contribute to the company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet user specifications.
  • Work with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, Dataverse, and Power Platforms.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor software, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance optimization solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support software implementation and usage.
  • Write and submit progress reports to management.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology trends and apply them to projects.
  • Manage assigned projects within set timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and other related duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment; Shared Services experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and related tools of trade.
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.Net Core for API back-end and Angular for front-end development.
  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages: C++, Python, Java, PHP, XML, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Experience with various operating systems: Linux, Solaris, HPUX, BSD, Mac OS X, Windows.
  • Willingness to lead and mentor junior developers.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Creative mindset with adaptability to changing situations.
  • Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to delivering within deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications.
  • Strong analytical skills and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company’s growth.


Reporting Line

  • Reports directly to the CEO and General Manager.
