📌 Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation to join with our client. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet user specifications.
- Work with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, Dataverse, and Power Platforms.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor software, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance optimization solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support software implementation and usage.
- Write and submit progress reports to management.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and apply them to projects.
- Manage assigned projects within set timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment; Shared Services experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and related tools of trade.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.Net Core for API back-end and Angular for front-end development.
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages: C++, Python, Java, PHP, XML, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, Unix Shell Scripting.
- Experience with various operating systems: Linux, Solaris, HPUX, BSD, Mac OS X, Windows.
- Willingness to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork and collaboration.
- Creative mindset with adaptability to changing situations.
- Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to delivering within deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications.
