We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who excels at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role focuses heavily on analytical thinking, business problem-solving, and communicating findings to stakeholders. You will partner closely with business leaders to frame questions, design analyses, interpret results, and influence strategic decisions.

- Build and validate highly accurate reports using Tableau
- Create and analyze KPIs across different domains
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather analytical requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Find and fix data discrepancies and quality issues proactively with minimal supervision
- Maintain clear documentation for all reports and processes to ensure transparency and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3 -5 years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries (preferably in Snowflake)
- Experience with Tableau
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis pipelines
- Good understanding of statistical inference
- Experience generating client-facing reports with high standards of data quality
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance (e.g., GDPR) is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
