We are looking for a Compliance Management Trainee to support our compliance, quality, food safety, sustainability, and ethical management systems within our printing and packaging operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking hands-on exposure to FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, FSC, and SMETA requirements in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, FSC Chain of Custody, and SMETA standards
- Support internal audits, compliance inspections, and corrective action follow-ups
- Support implementation of GMP, hygiene, food safety, and workplace compliance requirements
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and audit documentation
- Support training coordination and awareness programs for employees
- Assist in monitoring regulatory and customer compliance requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, food safety, and sustainability
Qualifications and Requirments
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in quality, food safety, and compliance systems
- Willingness to learn standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, FSC, SMETA
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a factory/production environment
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
