The Role
We are hiring a Lead Business Analyst (Lead BA) to oversee multiple projects while performing hands-on business analysis for multi-tenant SaaS products across web and hybrid mobile applications. You will work closely with Project Managers, QA, and engineering teams to ensure requirements are gathered, documented, and implemented accurately in a SCRUM Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects
- Oversee requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for several multi-tenant SaaS initiatives
- Perform hands-on BA tasks including user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product/Technical teams, and QA to ensure requirements are correctly implemented
- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews across projects
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support QA teams in test planning and validation of requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, workflows, and processes
- Track and prioritize requirements across multiple projects, balancing business needs and timelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Proven experience managing multiple BA activities/projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile applications, preferably multi-tenant SaaS products
- Strong knowledge of SCRUM / Agile methodologies
- Ability to write clear and detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with ReactJS, NodeJS/ExpressJS, Python/FastAPI, React Native, Flutter (technical understanding preferred)
- Experience collaborating with QA and engineering teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project and requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
