The company supports businesses with secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated IT Executive to join our technical operations team.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an IT Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing first-level and second-level IT support, assisting with network configuration and maintenance, installing and maintaining CCTV and security systems, and conducting site visits and field technical work. The role also involves supporting system implementations, client deployments, routine system monitoring, and internal IT operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist in network setup, monitoring, and basic administration
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and related security systems
- Perform site visits and on-field technical support activities
- Support system implementation projects and client technical deployments
- Maintain documentation and assist in preventive maintenance tasks
- 6–12 months of hands-on experience in IT support or a related technical role
- Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
- Diploma or certification in IT, Networking, or Electronics
- Fundamental knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil
- Willingness to travel for site visits and field assignments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
LKR 40,000 – 70,000 per month
(Final salary will be determined based on experience, technical competency, and interview performance.)
