We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Assistant to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer hardware, software, graphic designing, and technical support to ensure smooth IT operations and enhance our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware devices such as printers, scanners, and servers.
- Assist in the setup and management of company software applications and databases.
- Develop and design visual content including banners, flyers, and digital assets using graphic designing tools.
- Monitor and update the company's IT infrastructure to ensure security and efficiency.
- Provide user support and training on new software and hardware systems.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement technological improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in IT support, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Designing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in graphic designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Knowledge of networking, servers, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry compliance and data security (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) will be an added advantage
