Intern Data Analyst

The Data Analyst Intern – This is a remote position that will support the PV sales and contracting teams with data analysis, KPI generation, tracking, and database transfer services for North America.

This intern will gain experience in a rapidly growing company within the North America Market. This is a position that will give the intern insight and exposure to the sales, project management, and contracting functions, while accomplishing valuable projects for the business sales and project delivery teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile and organize data from internal and external sources
• Determine and ensure reliability and accuracy of data for analysis
• Update and maintain KPI data points from project management and sales teams.
• Work with sales, contracting, and project management team to keep project information up to date
• Develop cross-functional relationships with other divisions within Sungrow to improve data tracking.
• Provide recurring and ad hoc reports to help guide business operations
• Assist with the roll out of CRM and data management systems

Minimum Requirements:

• Intern candidate with experience, a desire, and training to perform data management, and/or data analysis
• Able to develop problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills
• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook), especially Excel
• Familiarity with data management platforms a plus
• Familiarity with solar inverters & battery storage a plus
• Experience with Excel-based modeling a plus

Education or Desired License and Certificates:

• Senior level student in business, business management, statistics or mathematics preferred

Work Location and Status:

• Full time, MA, Remote
• Travel to team meetings twice/year
• Support customer meetings via remote tools
