Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Analyst Intern located in Dehiwala. The Business Analyst Intern will collaborate with teams to gather and document business requirements, analyze business processes, and provide actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research, creating process documentation, and communicating findings with relevant stakeholders. The role involves supporting the development of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiencies and aligning business strategies with organizational goals.

- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly.
- Experience in gathering and documenting comprehensive Business Requirements.
- Highly detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with software development and technology-driven solutions is a plus.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
