We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead who can lead architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance platforms. The role involves building and scaling eCommerce, ERP, Inventory, and Finance systems while staying actively involved in development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack architecture and engineering teams across multiple projects
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, including complex system integrations
- Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure engineering excellence
- Mentor and guide developers while remaining hands-on with coding
- Drive system design, performance optimization, and cloud-native solutions

Frontend: React, TypeScript

Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer
- Strong expertise in system design and scalable architecture
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices
- Experience working on large-scale systems such as eCommerce, ERP, Inventory, or Finance platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices
- Experience working in agile development environments
