We are seeking a passionate and reliable DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and highly available systems while working closely with development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Manage and support application deployments across environments
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks
- Troubleshoot production and non-production issues
- Collaborate with developers to improve build, release, and deployment processes
- Ensure best practices for system security, scalability, and performance
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Systems Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Added Advantage
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Good knowledge of Git version control
