Business Analyst | Full-Time | Remote
We are a trusted recruitment partner working with leading organizations globally. On behalf of a fast-growing software company headquartered in Riyadh, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based across the EMEA region.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, evaluating business processes, and ensuring software solutions meet both business and user needs. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Convert business requirements into user stories, workflows, and functional documentation
- Conduct gap and impact analyses to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
- Support product and engineering teams during design, development, and testing phases
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions
- Prepare business cases and assessments for new features or system enhancements
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a software or SaaS environment
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience with requirements gathering tools and process mapping techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
