🔧 What You’ll Do
- Ensure code quality and performance optimization.
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Ensure security, scalability, and best practices are followed.
- Work closely with DevOps to manage deployments and monitoring.
- Collaborate with architects to design scalable and maintainable systems.
- Conduct technical planning, estimations, and risk assessments.
- Ensure the team follows best coding practices and architectural guidelines.
- Drive technical innovation and adoption of new tools/technologies.
- Act as a point of contact for technical escalations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in front-end and back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, .Net, React, Angular, Java
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and message queues.
- Strong grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Ability to estimate efforts and deliver features on time. Good understanding of software design patterns and architecture.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software development life cycles.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of security, performance tuning, and scalability.
