Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to build a strong career in enterprise software development.
You will work closely with senior engineers and project teams to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and backend applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain backend and web-based applications using Java technologies
* Design and consume RESTful Web Services
* Work with relational databases
* Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
* Collaborate with team members using version control systems
* Follow best practices in coding standards, documentation, and design patterns
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT or a related discipline
* Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in a similar software development role
* Strong knowledge of Core Java / Java J2EE
* Backend development experience with Spring Boot
* Frontend exposure to Angular, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
* Experience working with MySQL databases
* Familiarity with Apache Tomcat and XAMPP servers
* Knowledge of design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and Abstract Factory
* Experience with source control systems (Git, SVN, CVS)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
