Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across all modules.
- Validate installation workflows, authentication flows, and virtualization integrations (Citrix / Omnissa).
- Review requirements and translate them into test cases and QA scenarios.
- Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment.
- Perform API testing on .NET services and verify data accuracy against the installation dashboard backend.
- Validate performance, reliability, and security-related behaviours against standards.
- Collaborate closely with Dev, BA, and Product teams to ensure test coverage and release readiness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Strong QA experience testing .NET-based backend systems and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with ChromeOS testing (Managed Guest Session, kiosk mode, extension validation).
- Ability to test integrations with VMware Horizon (Omnissa) and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
- Expertise with test case design, defect tracking, and QA documentation.
- Familiarity with SQL/database validation and log analysis.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines.
