Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based at the company’s location in Jaffna.
We are seeking an Associate Machine Learning Engineer to support the development,
optimization, and deployment of machine learning models, with a strong focus on computer
vision and model accuracy improvement. The role involves working with real-world data,
improving model performance, and collaborating with engineering teams to integrate ML
solutions into production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models
- Improve model accuracy, precision, and recall
- Work with computer vision models and video/image data
- Implement data preprocessing and augmentation techniques
- Evaluate models and analyze performance metrics
- Reduce false positives and improve robustness of ML systems
- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams for integration
- Optimize models for real-time and edge deployment
Strong programming skills in Pytho- nKnowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamental
- sExperience with computer visio
- nExperience using PyTorch or TensorFlo
- wUnderstanding of model evaluation metric
- sBasic experience with data annotation and dataset preparatio
