About the Role

We need a Website Manager to own our website as a performance-focused asset, not just an online brochure. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the site is fast, up to date, on brand, and optimized for conversion and SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of the company’s products’ vision and be up to date with the latest tech changes to align with the vision.
  • Own day-to-day management of the website (updates, new pages, landing pages, fixes).
  • Work with Design to ensure the site visually reflects our brand and product story.
  • Implement and manage on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and publish campaign landing pages and resource hubs.
  • Monitor site performance (speed, errors, UX issues) and coordinate fixes.
  • Set up and maintain analytics and event tracking (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Run A/B tests and CRO experiments on key pages (homepage, demo forms).
  • Ensure proper mechanism/process for lead generation from the website.
  • Ensure content governance: version control, approvals, and quality assurance before publishing.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing to keep product sections accurate and compelling.

  • Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same or a relevant field, preferably within the IT industry. (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
    • Genuine interest in websites, UX, and how design impacts business results.
    • Basic working knowledge of any modern CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix, etc.)
    • Foundational HTML/CSS skills – enough to tweak layouts, fix small issues, and not be afraid of the front-end.
    • Basic understanding of SEO and UX fundamentals (e.g., page titles, headings, mobile friendliness, clear navigation).
    • Comfort using analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) to look at traffic and basic performance metrics – or a clear willingness to learn fast.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and (when needed) developers.

  • Desirable Skills

    • Experience managing or maintaining websites in a professional context.
    • Hands-on experience with Webflow or WordPress for production sites.
    • Any experience with CRO / A/B testing tools.
    • Familiarity with accessibility best practices.

  • What We Offer

    • Competitive remuneration package.
    • Performance based benefits.
    • Flexible working hours.
    • Exposure to new technologies and working with a dynamic team
