Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and components using Figma or relevant tools
- Build and design page navigation elements, buttons, and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and design intent
- Create original graphic designs including images, sketches, and tables
- Prepare and present design concepts and rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness and usability concerns
- Make layout and design adjustments based on user feedback and testing results
- Ensure consistency by adhering to established style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Communications & Media, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design projects
- Experience with wireframing tools such as Wireframe.cc, InVision, or similar platforms
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Marvel, and related workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
Good time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
