- Champion best practices in ML engineering, software quality, and project execution.
- Participate actively in coding, model development, and problem-solving activities.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure performance, maintainability, and adherence to standards.

- Use debugging and performance monitoring tools to optimize ML pipelines.

🎯 What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software and ML app/service development.
- 3+ years of experience in leading or mentoring ML engineers.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, backend API development, and ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud ML platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP / Huawei).
- Experience with debugging, tuning, and performance optimization in ML systems.
