Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems and APIs using Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for high-traffic systems.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient schemas and maintain data integrity.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and process improvements.
Our Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of professional/industrial experience as a back-end engineer with Node.js.
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills (Mandatory).
- Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET).
- Strong understanding of server-side development, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
