Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
- Create clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Analyzing, Designing and Developing creative solutions for quality outcomes
- Conducting data analysis and creating charts and dashboards to support decision making.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improving business processes
and Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and team members, in a clear and concise manner.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or related field
- 8+ years of Relevant experience across different domains (Apparel > Manufacturing Background - will be a plus).
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and techniques.
- Possessing communication skills, problem solving skills and decision-making skills.
- Experience with JIRA is a plus.
