The Role:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive online traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, Google, YouTube, and more.
- Create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, including the website, blog, and social media channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment or the fashion industry.
- Proven experience in executing paid advertising campaigns, with proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Centre, email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A strong passion for marketing, brand building, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
