Job Role:
We are looking for a reliable and technically competent IT Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s IT and communication infrastructure, including providing assistance to end users working both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to the maintenance and repair of IT and communication equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime
- Manage and support software installations, updates, and configurations
- Provide end-user IT support, covering both hardware and software requirements
- Plan and coordinate the purchase of IT equipment where necessary
- Handle IT updates and maintenance for employees working from home, which will require occasional travel.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid riding licence and own motorcycle would be an added advantage.
- (Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the organization where applicable)
- Tertiary-level qualification in IT Maintenance, IT Infrastructure, or a related field
- Thorough knowledge of IT and communication equipment maintenance
- A methodical and well-organized approach to record keeping and documentation
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to support requirements
