Role Description

This is an internship role for a WordPress Developer Intern, located on-site in the Batticaloa District. Responsibilities include assisting in website design and development using WordPress, modifying templates, troubleshooting technical issues, customizing plugins, and implementing site enhancements as needed. Interns will also collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing website designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in WordPress development, including working with themes, plugins, and customizations
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and PHP to modify and troubleshoot website elements
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative web development and design team
• Understanding of website optimization for performance and user experience
• Eagerness to learn and contribute, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Having knowledge of digital marketing principles is a plus
