Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Intern UI/UX Designer to join our Product Engineering team. This internship is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and grow their skills in designing modern user interfaces and user experiences for cutting-edge learning platforms.
You will work closely with our UI/UX engineers, product owners, and development teams to support design activities across multiple products within our ecosystem.
Key Requirements
To excel in this internship role, you should have:
Educational Background
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Interactive Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Design Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (wireframes, user flows, prototypes).
- Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Interest in designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Technical Skills (Value Added)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Basic exposure to frontend frameworks like ReactJS, Vue, or Angular is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap / Tailwind) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt quickly.
- Ability to manage time and tasks responsibly.
Responsibilities
- As an Intern UI/UX Designer at i-Context, you will:
- Assist in designing user interfaces for our learning technology products.
- Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, visual layouts, and design assets.
- Collaborate with senior UI/UX engineers to improve user experience and design consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance product usability and aesthetics.
- Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
- Stay updated on modern design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support the team in maintaining and organizing design systems and assets.
