Role Summary
Join Teceze’s IT Support team to gain hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and end-user support. You’ll assist in daily IT operations, hardware/software configuration, and network monitoring, helping ensure smooth technology operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripheral devices.
- Help with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Support troubleshooting for printers, emails, VPNs, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and log IT requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets and assist with equipment setup for new joiners.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
What You’ll Learn

Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow standard procedures.
- Prior internship or exposure to IT support is an added advantage.
