Job Description
This is a full-time on-site Information Technology Internship role based in the Colombo District. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with network administration, performing troubleshooting tasks, and supporting network security operations. The intern will also have opportunities to provide customer support and contribute to various IT-related projects.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Network Administration and Network Security
- Understanding of Information Technology principles and systems
- Having Basic knowledge of Network
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to manage client queries professionally
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- A credit pass (C) for IT Subject in G.C.E Advanced Level or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (completed or in progress)
