Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations, with a focus on recruitment processes and arranging interviews.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the company.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule and manage interview logistics.
  • Contribute to onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  • Help maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
  • Participate in HR meetings and provide input into process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the international head branch in Dubai on HR tasks and initiatives.
  • Learn and apply HR best practices while supporting cross-functional HR projects.

Our Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, international environment.
