Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in day-to-day operations, with a focus on recruitment processes and arranging interviews.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the company.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule and manage interview logistics.
- Contribute to onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Help maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Participate in HR meetings and provide input into process improvements.
- Collaborate with the international head branch in Dubai on HR tasks and initiatives.
- Learn and apply HR best practices while supporting cross-functional HR projects.
Our Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, international environment.
