Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Flutter Developer – Paid Intern to join our mobile application development team. This is a full-time on-site role in Jaffna, where you will work closely with senior engineers to design, build, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mobile app development, eager to learn modern technologies, and ready to work in a dynamic, agile environment.
This is a paid internship, with a monthly stipend provided based on performance and contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and related frameworks
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement UI/UX and API integrations
- Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- Support in documenting features, modules, and technical processes
- Participate in daily standups, project planning, and team discussions
- Help maintain existing mobile applications and contribute to new feature development
Qualifications
Required:
- Basic understanding of Flutter, Dart, and mobile application development
- Familiarity with UI widgets, state management, and responsive layouts
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Ability to work on-site in Jaffna
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, accountability, and professionalism
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Knowledge of Firebase, REST APIs, or Git version control
- Experience in building small projects or personal apps using Flutter
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
