What you'll do
- •Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js frameworks
- •Work closely with frontend, mobile, and AI teams to integrate backend functionality
- •Implement business logic, authentication, and data processing workflows
- •Work with databases using ORMs to manage data models and queries
- •Integrate and manage databases and third-party services
- •Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- •Debug, test, and optimize backend systems for performance and scalability
- •Learn and follow best practices in backend architecture and security
What we're looking for
- •Basic to intermediate knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript / TypeScript
- •Basic understanding of ORMs (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM)
- •Familiarity with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
- •Understanding of RESTful APIs and server-side application flow
- •Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- •Basic knowledge of asynchronous programming and API handling
- •Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
- •Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- •Passion for learning backend systems and scalable architectures
Nice to have
- •Hands-on experience with ORMs like Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM
- •Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Supabase
- •Exposure to serverless or cloud platforms
- •Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
