Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our growing IT organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full employee life cycle while supporting the company’s HR operations and culture-building initiatives. This position requires a people-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRIS entries, and personal files.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters such as employment confirmations, transfers, and other correspondences.
- Oversee leave and attendance management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support employee relations activities by maintaining healthy communication and resolving minor workplace issues.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, internal events, and training sessions.
- Coordinate administrative functions related to HR operations such as stationery and office maintenance support.
- Ensure all HR practices align with company policies and labor regulations.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and the continuous enhancement of employee experience.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
- Reading a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- (Part qualification in CIPM’s CQHRM program will also be considered.)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a HR Executive or similar role, preferably in an IT or service-oriented company.
- Sound understanding of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- People-centric personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems.
- A team player who collaborates well with others and contributes to a positive work environment.
