Education/Experience and Skills Requirement:
- Open to working during UK business hours
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on web content authoring and/or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with enterprise level Digital Marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketo
- Strong understanding of digital content strategy and email marketing best practices
- Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile or similar project management methodologies is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in HTML and CSS would be an added advantage
- Create, edit, and publish web content across multiple websites
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and compliance standards
- Optimize content for SEO and accessibility to improve visibility and user experience
- Collaborate with design and development teams to maintain consistency across digital platforms
- Design and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and event invitations
- Develop audience segmentation strategies for personalized messaging
- Create responsive email templates and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives
- Produce routine and campaign specific social media analytics reports
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights
