Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients, internal teams, and management.
- Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and recommend suitable product or solution capabilities.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs.
- Present requirement clarifications, progress updates, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, process walkthroughs, and gap analysis sessions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert to assist the sales team.
- Work with the marketing team on product marketing and branding activities, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or product-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide discussions and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to fast-paced environments, and contribute effectively to product implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and pre-sales activities.
