Role Description
This is a full-time, off-site Business Analyst role based in Colombo. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping and optimizing business processes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Daily tasks include conducting stakeholder meetings, identifying gaps between current and desired business processes, creating detailed documentation, and working with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Collaboration and problem-solving will play a key role in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and interpret findings effectively.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization to deliver effective solutions.
- Exceptional Communication skills to clearly present findings, collaborate with stakeholders, and document requirements.
- Experience in gathering and defining Business Requirements for various projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems, coupled with excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using modern business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly ERPNext, and knowledge of data analytics or software development is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
