Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct process analysis and propose optimized workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support project teams in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user story development sessions.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and design teams to ensure solution alignment with requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and use cases.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.
- Identify business risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Provide post-implementation support, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or technology-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise systems projects preferred.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, or MS Visio.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical inputs.
