About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for product quality, and the ability to work in fast-paced B2B/B2C enterprise environments—especially in the aviation and IT airline services domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our airline IT solutions (e.g., Ground Handling, PSS, Crew Management) are delivered with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute test cases to validate product requirements.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define testing strategies.
- Conduct functional, regression, and UI/UX testing for web and mobile airline IT products.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify product issues and recommend solutions.
- Track and manage defects using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
- Maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, test reports, and release notes.
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 0- 1+ year of experience as an Associate Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to test from a user-centric perspective.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
