Key Responsibilities:
Systems Analysis & Design
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for system improvement.
• Document functional and technical specifications for new or enhanced systems.
ERP & Planning System Management
• Oversee ERP operations and ensure smooth integration with planning tools.
• Coordinate data flow between ERP and planning systems for accurate production scheduling.
System Integrations
• Manage integrations between ERP, planning tools, PLM, HRIS, and MES platforms.
• Ensure interoperability and data consistency across all systems.
Data Management & Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards for operational KPIs.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity across systems.
Troubleshooting & Support
• Provide advanced support for system-related issues.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.
Process Automation
• Identify opportunities for automation in manufacturing workflows.
• Implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Soft Skills & Change Management
Stakeholder Engagement
• Communicate effectively with production, planning, HR, and IT teams.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Change Management
• Develop training and communication plans for system changes.
• Address resistance and promote adoption of new processes.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
• Facilitate workshops to identify pain points and propose solutions.
• Use data-driven insights to support operational decisions.
Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on manufacturing technology trends.
